Why do these lines converge at the epipole?

The illustration at the top of the slide should help you work through the answer. Let me expand!

The intersection of the image plane and an epipolar plane produces an epipolar line. Because all epipolar planes also contain the baseline, all epipolar lines must include the point on the baseline that intersects the image plane (i.e., the epipole). As a result, all lines converge at this epipole.
