Why is this 10 degrees of freedom again?

In this slide, we have 4 degrees of freedom for the intrinsics ($\alpha_x$, $\alpha_y$, $p_x$, $p_y$), 3 for rotation, and 3 for translation: a total of 10.

(Note: In general, the camera matrix has 11 degrees of freedom. See the next slide.)
