I'm very interested in applications of computer vision in medical image analysis and autonomous agents, especially with respect to biomedical robots. I'm taking this class to further pursue these interests.

I decided to take this class because this is an area that I am completely unfamiliar with but find interesting, so I thought this was a good way to get an introduction.

Hello! One application of computer vision that I find really fascinating is facial detection in cameras, because the algorithm has to run so quickly on very limited hardware and it does so quite well.
